I figured this is somewhat related to my knitting, so I figured I'd post this here

I have prints for sale on DeviantArt which you can get as magnets, mousepads, wall art, or in the case of the second one, greeting cards.

Here is one of them:
Which you can find at http://dymphnawolf.deviantart.com/#/d32419j

The other one:

Other then that I have been super busy with Christmas projects lately. I will post pics when they are done

Well I've finally got my shop up and running.

You can find it here:

I will still be posting news or interesting creations here though, so if you just want to see what I'm up to you can still come here. If you want to see what is for sale, just head on over to my shop on etsy.

Decisions and Moogles

Well,

I've thought long and hard about what I want to do with this little business/hobby of mine...
I've decided that, as it is becoming increasingly more difficult for me to continue with the flea market for a number of reasons, I'm going to set up shop online. Because of this, I won't be at the flea market any more, but I will still be open to special orders and I will still post news and projects on this blog.

I will make another post when I have the shop ready.

On a slightly different topic, here's a moogle

This is based on Lulu's moogle toy from Final Fantasy X

No flea market this week

Hi people,

I won't be at the flea market tonight due to back and neck injury caused by a car accident.
I do intend to be there for the next two weeks, however. After that I plan to bring my knitting online to Etsy.

It's not quite set in stone yet but I will keep you all posted as time goes on

flea markets, projects, and some irritation

I'm back...

First, I'd like to apologize to anyone who couldn't find me at the flea market yesterday... I was there, but I spent most of the night looking for my table, then trying to get set up at a new spot after I found out someone had taken mine, despite my name being on it.

I have been assured that I will have a table next week, though in a new location so I will keep you posted on that. Anyone who had previously ordered things from me can pick it up then or or can e-mail me to arrange something different.

Again, I apologize.

Now, on a lighter note, my latest project:

Sackboy

The main character of Little Big Planet; Sackboy is different from my other toys as he actually has button eyes and a zipper tab as opposed to everything being done with yarn.

Here is a full view of him.

Last flea Market of August

This Sunday will be the last flea market that I will be attending for August. Don't worry though, I'll be back again in September :)

In the mean time here is my latest video game related stuffed toy...

It's a Spiny from the Super Mario games

This is one of the few times when I preferred the more recent colour of the character, which is why the head and feet are yellow as opposed to the classic red.

Flea Market and Commissions

I'll be at the flea market again on Sunday (Aug 15). I'll still be upstairs by fog city which, as far as I know, will be my spot until September.

Now, onto my latest project...

Pinky the Pacman ghost!

This was a commissioned piece and is one of my larger stuffed toys; standing at about 5 inches tall and about 18 inches in circumference.

Here he is by a 2l pepsi bottle, to establish scale.

Of Bell Sleeves and Foxes

Here are the promised pictures of some of the other things that I've been working on.

These bell sleeves made their debut last week. These fashionable sleeves would make a good addition to any gothic wardrobe. See! I can do more than just stuffed toys! heh...

This cute little guy is a fox that was made at someone's request. It is a similar design to the wolf, but the ears and tail are bigger and the snout is more slender.

I will post more pictures as I complete more projects

New Projects and Flea Market

Hello!

I've been knitting like crazy lately, so I figured I'd post a couple of pics to show some of my recent projects :3

First off we have this little guy who made his debut last week. Fans of the Megaman series may recognize this as a Met or "Hard Hat" or *insert series of expletives here*

Next, we have this prickly fellow who was commissoned for a fan of the Final Fantasy series. This is a Cactaur, and one of the larger stuffed toys that I've done.

I'll probably post a few more pics of other things I've worked on tomorrow...
I'll also be at the flea market again tomorrow. As far as I know I'll be between Sony and Fog City again, so feel free to stop by

Flea Market Tomorrow

I will be at the Unicef Flea Market tomorrow. I'll be at a different location then the last time... You can find me up around fog city and the sony store :)

Flea Market Announcements

The next flea market I will be attending is next weekend, July 25. So, I won't be at the flea market today (July18) but I will be at the the next one.

I'll be located in roughly the same spot, so come on down and say hello.

Flea Market!

I will be at the Unicef flea market this Sunday (11th). I'll be set up near Eddie Bauer, so come on by and say hello.

I also recently finished a new addition to the collection

A Blooper (the squid from Super Mario Bros.):

This one is based on how they looked back in the glory days of the NES.

Ah, good times :)

By the way, if you have any suggestions, or would like me to make something specific for you, feel free to give me a shout.

Creepy Crawlies

These are two more stuffed toys that were part of the first batch that I did.

I thought they deserved their own post because they really do stand out from the rest and also because I didn't want to make that last post to long.

The centipede:

This lil guy is particularly special to me, as I made it in an attempt to get over my fear of centipedes. Did it work? well, I'm still not a fan, but making this stuffed toy did get me accustomed to them thanks to the reference pics.

The facehugger:

Fans of sci-fi should recognize this little menace

It doubles as a fashionable scarf too! :D

The First Batch

Hello again, here are some pictures of the first batch of stuffed toys that I made

From left to right: a shark, a devil, Pikachu, a puppy and a bat

A kitty, a wolf (my mascot for this little project) and a floppy-eared bunny

A somewhat Tim Burton inspired skull, a goomba, a triforce, C'thulhu, and a skull inspired by the Day of the Dead

I will be back shortly with more pictures

Hello!

Welcome to my blog; a new home for my handmade insanity!

I hope to use this blog to showcase my various knitting projects as well as for a means by which to let people know when I'll be at the local flea market or other such events in case any one might be interested in owning one of my crazy little creatures or fun little fashion accessories :)
